Private Photo Converter turns BMP files into SVG directly in your browser: nothing is uploaded and you can convert many files at once. Here is what to expect.
Yes. Private Photo Converter is free, needs no sign-up and has no daily limit.
The SVG is a redrawing of your image, not an exact copy: fine details and gradients are simplified. For logos and drawings it looks great and scales without blur; for photos it is only an approximation.
No. Private Photo Converter converts everything in your browser: your photos and files never leave your device and Google never sees them. The only thing loaded from outside, and only if you accept ads, is Google's ad code, which may use cookies. Your preferences are saved only in your browser.
You usually don't need to change anything: Private Photo Converter already picks the best settings.
Choose the language of the app. “Automatic” uses your device language.
Choose the light or dark theme. “Automatic” follows your device.
Choose the colors of the app. They adapt to light and dark mode.
The higher it is, the better the photo looks, but the heavier the file.
For lighter photos to send, choose “Small”.
Private Photo Converter lowers the quality and, if needed, the size until each photo fits. Works with JPG, WebP and AVIF.
